    Hello from the Adirondacks

    Newbie here, sort of. Been a chef ever since I got discharged from the Navy in 1973. Great career, good at my craft. But, never Barbecue! Loved to eat it, but never got into it. Did some Grillin’, but that’s totally different. So, once this Covid thing hit, I found myself with a lot of time and decided to give it a shot. Got a Weber WSM 14”, did 3 cooks with it and decided I wanted bigger. Now have a 18” WSM with the BBQGuru DigiQ3 ATC and ‘m up and inning. Someone on another board recommended meatheads book and I purchased it. Love at first read. The more I can learn about the physics, the more I enjoy it. So now, that brought me here in the quest for more information to help flatten the learning curve
