Just wanted to introduce myself after finding the free site my most used reference tool since buying my Traeger about a Month ago.
So far have managed a Packer brisket (pretty good), baby back ribs (not bad, but 3-2-1 style) and prime rib (absolutely terrible!)
loving it so far, and have completely given up on Celsius as a temperature scale already!
