Hello everyone. I joined this site yesterday, my wife gave me the membership as a gift. Been in Houston for over 10 years, but originally from South America where bbqing is very different! Love a good Texas bbq, but also like cuts like picanha and tri tip which is closer to what I grew up eating.
I used to grill with coals and gas, but recently bought. Traeger wood pellet grill to get into smoking, so I have started experimenting with that.
Interested in learning about smoking with this type of grill, and grilling tips overall.
