I have been smoking more often over the last 3years and have been grilling for many years. I've moved from Weber kettles and hibachi to offset smokers, and then to a pellets cooker and new kettle. I'm not a rookie but definitely not a gourmet or true pitmaster. I've learned alot from various websites including this one and looking forward to seeing what this group has to offer.

Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner. A 22" Kettle with vortex SnS and OnlyFire pizza oven. A Smokey Joe and the most recent addition a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, ThermoPop and a Thermapen Mk4. Recently added 2 TempSpike wireless meat thermometers.
