Hello I'm learning, I have used a master built 30" chip smoker, gas grill and cast iron pans to cook before. I got a rec-tec RT-700 a week ago. I have cooked lamb leg boneless whole came out better than the way I used to kabob on gas grill. Juicier more tender more flavor. Hamburgers amazing, spare ribs good but not as good as I was expecting. Pizza and filet mignon. Baked beans, baked potatoes and asparagus also.
