Welcome to the pit! If you are close to Gloucester County NJ you can try Trimrite meats. They are a small family style deli/butcher. They don't carry prime but I have never gotten anything but excellent meat there.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes. First trial run done. Dropped off some extra ribs to my night shift co-workers who took this Pic. Nice smoke deep into the meat. Went with applewood and basic Kingsford. Flavor wise, not my best effort but I prepped in a rush and didn't give my rub time to set into the meat. In any case, the BX50 went FAR beyond my expectations. Really happy I went with the bigger box smoker than the BX25. I had big racks (Hatfield from BJs) and could easily go 3 deep on a single rack.
