Hi Y'all, My name is Jim Andersen,
I love all the information on this site. I live in NC heart of BBQ country. I presently have a webber 22" kettle that I bought in 97. I never released I had a smoker when I bought it ... my first smoker was a masterbuilt electric smoker that gotme hooked on the taste of smoked meat ... I have since got rid of that and I bought a Rec Tec Bull last September, I love that grill. I still have my gas grill also. My next grill will probably be a stick burner of some sort. Maybe even the Wildside grill that Rec Tec sells ... this weekend I'm going to smoke a chuck roast, poor mans burnt ends ... hope it turns out well ..
