It's been years since I've owned a smoker. I've been wanting to get a pellet smoker for a while and today, my wife happened across an amazing deal. I picked up a Rec Tec RT-680 for free, all I had to do was put it back together. Getting ready to try it out tomorrow with two slabs of ribs.
