Looking forward to some MEATS this year!
Hi All!
I was a vegetarian for 15 years, the only meat I truly missed and craved was ribs. Once a year, while my brother attended University of Rochester I would visit him and we would go to Dinosaur BBQ where I would fill that craving. Then I moved in with a group of guys who loved to slow cook good meats. I enjoy and take pride in my cooking, not knowing how to properly cook good meats I stumbled upon the AmazingRibs website. That was over ten years ago and I have since cooked many delicious meals from the recipe archives herein - my favorite has shifted from pork ribs to beef ribs to pastrami.
Until recently these cooks were sporadic at best, I lived in city apartments without access to a the space for the right equipment and only while visiting friends would I delve into the world of the barbecue. Well, last year we purchased our first house in rural Vermont and the snow is starting to dissipate and I am starting to plan my attack on the backyard cooking. Time to commit to the pit-masters club. Time to buy a grill. Time to enjoy some meats!Tags: None
