I have been dabbling in BBQ for years but last fall I decided to get a Traeger Timberline 1300. I have also purchased the Thermoworks Signals to watch meat temps. I also purchased Grillgrates for the grill and they help with searing. My favorite steak cut is Ribeye which I enjoy reverse searing I am pretty decent @ pulled pork & pork chops still working on my baby back ribs! I have allot to learn and allot of stuff I want to try. I hope to gain knowledge and help.
