    Hafa Adai!

...or "Greetings" in the Guam (Chamorro) language. I'm Jack, originally a Tennessee country boy. Came to the island almost 20 years ago when I was in the Air Force, then retired after a 26 year career and never left. Currently work for the US Coast Guard here as a federal civilian employee. Been grilling for years, and just got into smoke about a year and a half ago when I purchased a Traeger Pro 23. Been a lot of pork butts, shoulders, ribs, turkeys, chickens, meat loaf, pizza, cheese, vegetables, and even a pie or two...and no complaints from the eaters. Also have a strong love of firearms, knives, hunting wild pigs (and cooking them), cigars, single malts, and of course God, Country, and Family!

That was literally from frying pan to the freezer! Pretty sure the island has changed up a bit since his service.
