I live in North Ayrshire, Scotland not far from Glasgow in the seaside town of Irvine.I've been a self confessed chillihead for many years and as such always make sauces and ferments myself that kind of led me into growing a lot of my own chilli's and making sauces from scratch. After a bad period of health I decided to get into sauce making more seriously and went out and bought myself a Smoker, I've cooked both for a hobby and for work. So to say I am an old hand is not actually correct but I am certainly learning every time I cook!
Although I can't wait for it to stop raining to be able to get the new smoker together (The last one rusted to pieces due to rain)
