    Hello from Valley Center, Can.

    Hello all. Tom here from Valley Center, Ca. Just joined the group/site. Been doing back yard BBQ for about 40yrs. It's good, friends love my food, but I am not getting better at it. I want to go to the next level.
    I have a pit barrel smoker, a new Yoder YS 640 and of course the standard Weber gas grill. I want to do a whole hog so I am making a cinder block out cooker.
    Look forward to hearing about cooking a whole hog. This will be my first!!
