Good day
Despite lurking around the site for months, I have neglected to sign on and introduce myself - I live in metro Atlanta and been playing around with my smokers for a few years - Currently, my backyard is cluttered with a Big Green Egg and a Weber Smokey Mountain -- Also, there is a large smoker on wheels that is used for large cookouts - The site has been a wealth of info and now that I am properly introduced, I will be looking to you kind folks for specific advice

Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
