Hello everyone. I just got a new 22.5" wsm and am in the process of seasoning it now, thanks to the help of this site. It seems like there is a wealth of knowledge here, and I can't wait to learn from everyone that can help. Still waiting on my Maverick thermometer to come next. I'm planning on smoking some Ribs and a butt next weekend. Happy smoking to all!
