Greetings from Annapolis, MD. I am a backyard cook who has done occasional catering stints, usually for 80 folks or less. My smoker Arsenal includes: Meadow Creek PR42 pig cooker, MEADOW creek SQ36 offset, 270 Hollywood insulated vertical cooker, Pit Barrel Cooker, Weber 22 kettle, Masterbuilt 40 electrical.
