Retired, living in Western Mass. Enjoy music, cooking and my family.
Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner. A 22" Kettle with vortex SnS and OnlyFire pizza oven. A Smokey Joe and the most recent addition a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, ThermoPop and a Thermapen Mk4. Recently added 2 TempSpike wireless meat thermometers.

Thanks Everyone! Wow. As a mentioned, I'm still very much a novice. I got interested mainly from the perspective that we enjoy entertaining and surrounding ourselves with good friends and family at least once a month during the year. I can cook in the kitchen, but have always preferred the smoky richness that food cooked over an open flame (or smoked) can provide. Firing up the smokers right now as I have 9 racks going in shortly for our annual "Chocolate Dinner" this evening. 9 racks of ribs because I like to have some leftovers for the next few days (hopefully).
Thanks again everyone for the warm welcome. Really shows a wonderful sense of camaraderie here and I look forward to hanging out with everyone digitally.
