I just found this site and found it very informative. I've been cooking with some level of seriousness for about 20 years and did a little bit of time in KCBS and Fl. BBQ comps however the majority of my BBQ is for family and friends. I own a Stump GF223, WSM and just ordered a PBC which should arrive tomorrow. I got the PBC because though I love my Stump, loading it onto my trailer to go to friends houses is not exactly easy. I'm excited to see how the PBC compares, I've heard a lot of good things about it. Anyway, just here to learn and share ideas. Take Care- Ron

I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
