I've tried a couple of recipes on the main site and gotten great reviews, so I decided to support the site, take the plunge, and jump into the forums.
I started smoking several years ago on a Bradley that I used until it died. I was looking to upgrade to a larger smoker, but the Boss wasn't sure about the space needed. So, I've been playing with making my gasser a smoker, and having some fun results.
I've smoked butt, ribs, yard bird, and the wonderful beer can yard bird! As far as grilling, you name it, I'll grill it.
I'm hoping to up my game and learn more about the tips and tricks that change good food to amazing BBQ.
