Hi I’m Dave from Pennsylvania. I got introduced to BBQ while I was in the Navy station in Charleston,SC.My shipmates would have a Whole Hog roast at least one or twice every 3 months to get everyone together and I’ve been hooked since! I have been cooking on a 26”Weber Kettle with SnS and love the result but looking forward towards purchasing a pellet grill! I learned a lot from the forums and tying new recipes! Thanks everyone!
