I'm from Orlando Fl and have been cooking as a hobby for many years. I have cooked mainly Louisiana dishes as I am originally from New Orleans, LA. I got a Big Green Egg for Christmas and have gone absolutely nuts in learning and producing smoked & BBQ food using techniques that I have learned off of the internet. I would consider myself a real novice with a huge thirst to learn all that I can.

Welcome Ned47 Glad to have you here. There's a fancy LA-stlye cajun eatery up north of my neck of the woods and we love that kind of food. I can imagine a blend of it and BBQ would suit me well.
