Hello fellow pitmasters!
It's a joy to find you all in one place.
Having spent the last 9 years in the BBQ wilderness that is deepest southern France (trust me, they have a concept they call barbecue but it is nearly as bad as the english "burnt sausage and burger" of 30 years ago!) I relish the opportunity to enjoy the local produce of my new home in the turkey/cow/pig/sheep (in that order) rearing sector of the UK known as East Anglia, oh yes, I nearly forgot, we have a river 100 yards away too! - let me get my tackle together.... To saying nothing of the pheasants I have seen all over the place - I think I had better break out that exercise bike! ~Thanks for allowing me to join you guys, I look forward to learning from the Masters!
