    Hi all,
    just wanted to say hi, started smoking on a offset about 6month ago. I’m a chef and I’m really enjoying it... from aus
    below pict of tonight’s spar rib I made doing 321 method, dry brine, Memphis dust. Didn’t trim it as it’s just form me. Lol
