    Gotta pay to play!

Been following the recipes for a year or so and decided to join up to pay my respect! I'm going to try a small smoked, spotchcocked, "side turkey" (in addition to the regular oven cooked one) on my pellet grill this year. Can't wait to try it!
Quite intrigued by the turkey/stuffing burgers as well. Maybe another time.
I'm hoping that the southwest suburbs of Chicago don't get another polar vortex at Thanksgiving time. Thanks for a great website!

I wouldn't be afraid to do a whole turkey on your pellet grill.
We did a whole turkey on our Keg for CDN thanksgiving a few weeks ago to rave reviews.
The best thing about smoking a turkey outside is you don't smell it all day so your not dying of hunger all day.
