    On the last meal ribs I’m confused by meatheads writing and video regarding sauce, they seem to contradict each other. It says brush the sauce on then cook for 15 more minutes- but then later in the writing and in the video it says it can be done and burn as little as 1 minute??

      Over direct heat it can burn in one minute. I’d go with the final 15 minutes.

    Congratulations and welcome. The ribs look great, good job! And as lots of others stated, if you can, invest in a good thermometer. The difference it makes is huge.
