Hello from SD. I have been a member here for about a month but haven't posted anything yet. I am Amir and I am a smoke-a-holic. I live in beautiful Sioux Falls, SD and I have been smoking for about 3 years. and Last year I purchased a Traeger Timberline 850 and am hooked. Last week I saw the deal post for the Oklahou Joe's barrel and added that to my collection. I think my wife is starting to think it is an addiction worse than cigarettes. 😂. My brother who lives in CA and I offen discuss out carnivore triumphs over the phone and as all good addictions do, BBQ is bringing us together for the Memphis Meet-Up next summer. Although I wish it was in the winter, I truly can't wait to experience this with my brother and eat and learn from the best in biz. Thank you for building this community and I am excited to get to know this group as well.
