Hi all, just joined but I've been using the site for many years. I'd say about 80% of what I know came from Meatheads site and recipes.
I'm in Rhode Island using a WSM 18.5 with a BBQ IQ regulator, ussally kingsford blue bad for fuel and hardwood chunks.
Been doing mostly pork (butts and ribs) but did some brisket points last weekend for the first time in years.
Looking forward to learning techniques and recipes!
