          I dont know how many folks you’ll find here who will call themselves EXPERTS (as that implies you’ve got nothing left to learn), but we’ve got a ton of BBQ ENTHUSIASTS and here’s the best parts... people here remember that they started as noobs in front of grills and smokers too, and they’re willing to share their knowledge! 😃 So no "dumb questions" or "secret sauces" here like you’ll find in other online BBQ communities.

          Settle in, enjoy some knowledge and some laughs, and keep your camera close at hand - we LOVE pics, and video clips count extra! 😃
