Hi everyone! My name is Rich and I have a 20" backyard Horizon Offset smoker that I love to smoke with. Having the outlaws over tomorrow for baby backs! Hope I can find some good tips and ideas from this site. If anyone has an offset smoker and has some tips on temperature control, let me know. Always looking to get better!

Whiskey: Buffalo Trace, E.H. Taylor, Blanton's, Old Forester 1870, Elijah Craig Toasted, Basil Hayden's. Neat please.

Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
