Well said, very well said. I think your sentiments are shared by the vast majority of the members here, myself included. I don't compete (did years ago but don't have time mainly) and I'll never open a restaurant. But I love to cook and my barbecuing game went up 10 notches after joining this site.

Having said that, there are plenty of other sites that offer similar shared ideas. What sets this one apart is the civility and comradery that goes along with learning and sharing. We hope this being your first post after all these years is not your last. Welcome and join in the sharing and comradery!!!
