Greetings from the land of the New Orleans Saints! Joined the site last month and have learned a lot from all the great posts. Smoked a bit in the past with an electric smoker and the kids and wife really enjoyed anything from it. Stepped up to a Kamado smoker and so far so good. Without reading some of the great posts, it could have been worse. I look forward to learning much more.
