    Hi y’all!

I just came across the Amazing Ribs site and I thought to myself, “self, why don’t you use the 30 day trial and see what all it's cracked up to be”. So I answered myself, said ok, and I did and here I am. I’m hoping to discover a lot of ideas, suggestions (nice ones), recipes and comments about experiences learned and those not to learn. Looking forward to a pleasurable relationship. Probably better than marriage!

One of this gentleman's suggestions on the amount of fuel I was using is one of the reasons my smokin has improved.
