Hello Everyone!

Names Jeremy but my friends call me jguiles and by virtue of BBQ you are all now my friends. I'm excited to finally be here, I've been a big fan of this site for a long time and I decided I needed to pay my dues for all of the great information. I'm a Missouri military boy living out here in DC, I'm out of my element but at least the grill doesn't know where we are! I've been doing amateur BBQ at home for a long time but always on a regular grill. I just bought a Weber Smokey Mountain (finally!) and could not be more excited to fire this thing up!!! I plan to season it this weekend and let the games begin. It's good to be here and I look forward to sharing my experiences with you all!!
