RecTec RT-680
Brinkmann Bullet (Electric)
Thermapen
Maverick ET-732
Welcome! I started on a Brinkman bullet as well. Did about 230187423984623984239234782 (slight exaggeration) cooks on it and finally stepped up to a RecTec RT-680. This was ~2 years ago. I could not be happier. I would suggest you take a look at all the reviews here: https://amazingribs.com/ratings-revi...-buying-guides and see if they fit with your needs. I can speak to how fantastic the support was at RecTec when I first started and fumbled through some things. I have now done maybe half a dozen briskets, three times as many pork butts, some rib eyes, salmon, etc. As far as pellet poopers go, I only have this as my reference, but if I decide I need another, it will probably be a RecTec.

Weber Kettle 26
Grilla Pellet smoker
Capital 40 natural gas
Napoleon Pro 22 kettle
Thermometer:
Maverick 733
Thermapen (ok..4 thermapens)
Thermo works DOT (or two)
Fireboard (probably my favourite)
Thermworks Smoke (or two)
Accessories:
SnS (original, plus and XL)
DnG pans, 6 or 7 of these

and, maybe some other toys as well
Another welcome from Winnipeg. Have fun picking a pellet grill. I have the original Grilla, and really like it, but not sure how you could get 1600 degrees from a pellet burner.
