Hi there everyone! My name is Zach and I'm 28 living in Houston, TX. I am a BBQ fiend and I've always been interested in it. But I've always put it on the side burner and put all of my focus into work. Well, I'm finally ready for a break and ready to begin venturing into the BBQ world to learn how to do it. I've always wanted to host my own BBQ football watch party for friends and family. So any tips and tricks are always welcome and needed. I'm a true rookie with very little knowledge, but I'm excited to begin.
