        I believe there's a ceramic cooker subforum here (I know there are some great threads around on kamados).

        This book is awesome, great for beginners. But I picked it up with 15 years of BGE ownership behind me, and still learned a few new uses and tricks. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
