Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I got tired of all the myths and crappy advice on Facebook so I figured I’d join here. Nice to see a group of people doing it right and not relying on meat smoking myths.
I live in Houston but about to move to The Netherlands for a three year expat assignment. I’m on my 3rd pellet smoker, having just put together and broken in my Rec Tec Bull. Can’t wait to get to know y’all!
