                        I use a KBQ - but the Weber is on my watch list.

                        One problem you might find is - getting some good brisket around here.
                        Palmers has CAB on sale once in a while - very nice.
                        I have bugged the butchers at Costco to get in some Primer Packers - like other States.... No luck.

                        Maybe a bunch of us AmazingRibs members can get together and picket the local Costco some day ;-)

                          Thanks JGrana. 1 more day of curing for my first crack at bacon, smoking it tomorrow afternoon, next trial will be smoked corn beef. Being new to this, I have seen briskets at Costco. They look good, so I will give one a try this weekend.
