    I'm Scott from Seattle, WA

    I lived in a fourth-floor apartment for ten years. We finally bought a house after searching for over a year and the first purchase I made upon moving in was a Weber kettle grill. This site was a huge asset to me as I searched out the Truth in the grilling/smoking arts. I look forward to perfecting my recipes in pork ribs, fish, and brisket.

            Welcome to The Pitt. I've been cooking on disposable grills and smokers for years, and just yesterday finally got a Weber (One Touch Gold). I look forward to reading about your experiences with it.
