I am not even sure if I am doing this right so I will probably make a fool of myself (again). Been smoking since 2016 and enjoy every minute of it. I have a Green Mountain Pellet grill and really enjoy using it. I am considering buying a camp chef flat top griddle (model 600) to compliment my outdoor cooking fun. Any recommendations on flat top griddles? Appreciate any feedback.

Welcome from Colorado. I don't have a standalone griddle (I use a large griddle steel on my gasser), so I can't be of any help there. However, plenty of folks around here have Camp Chefs or Blackstones and I'm sure you'll get plenty of useful feedback shortly.
