    Duuuude, those are sweet rigs man! You are going to love that thing. If you really want a ton of flavor, try the Close to Kat'z Pastrami recipe. It is a lot of work, but the results are amazing.

    I’ve ordered a new Pitmaker Vault and I tend to cook ribs, brisket, butts and pork loin. I’m lookingbtry my hand at some turkeys too.
