    Hello from Madison, WI

    Hey all,
    I've been smoking meats for I think a decade. I have my 22" Weber Smokey Mountain and PK Grill on my back patio. I'm an owner and the pitmaster for the newly opened Right Bauer Brewing in Sun Prairie, WI. We picked up a Southern Pride SC-100 that I'm working pretty hard. I've learned so much from this site and the Meathead book, I figured I should pony up and join! Can't wait to chat with you all!

              Just what we need, another beer joint with BBQ in Wisconsin. I mean, we really do need another beer/bbq out fit. It’s not like we’re awash in em. Welcome, eat good & have fun. One of these days I’m going to have to mosey on in & give yer grub a try. Yessir. 👍
