    Greetings from NoVa

    New member from Northern Virginia. I’ve been a big fan of Amazing Ribs for years—the turkey recipe and guidance saved my butt a few years ago for Thanksgiving. Since then I’ve made my Memphis BBQ dust my go to for pork butts and ribs (though I add a little cayenne). Switched from an offset smoker to a Camp Chef Woodwind earlier this year and have been smoking and grilling like a fiend since.
