Well thanks everyone for the warm wishes and welcomes.
As far as the comp went well...not so good ended up about the middle of the pack "towards the low end :-(.
Definitely had some time management issues with the 30 degree weather and 30mph winds.
With that being said we learned alot and had a great time.
The ribs turned out tender and juicy just lacking in flavor.
The butts came out great maybe just a bit smokey.
The Brisket was tough in the flat but the point came out nice also a bit smokey.
The chicken wings were good but I scorched them on a last minute sear job.
