Howdy from The Great State of Jefferson! Welcome to The Pit AND Retirement. My grilling/smoking,BBQ game jumped up a few notches after I retired, and I'm sure yours will to.

Thanks everyone for all the warm welcomes, never expected such a response so quickly. What a bunch of great people!! I love learning almost as much as firing up the Vision Kamado. After about a month I love the Vision, holds the heat like I never expected and the best part is I got it at half price at Sams Club. My first pork butt was a hit, my grandson went back for his third pulled sandwich and said Pop Pop this is really good. A nice moment for me. Looking forward to making new friends and taking bows. Thanks everyone.

You don't have these - a limited area in the USA midwest, and a river valley in China has Spoonbills / Paddlefish. The taste is a sort of mix of catfish / halibut.
