Greetings from West Virginia. I am a new member and I have been ease dropping on this site for the last three months. I have been grilling about 18 months on a Vision Series B Kamado and a Weber Spirit II 310. On the Vision thus far I smoked pork shoulders, hams, chickens (spatchcock), Kermit pork chops, steaks, and pizza all under the written directions of (Mr.) Meathead respectfully. I also benefit from the watchful eye of my next door neighbor who not only introduced me to this site but he is also proficient on the BGE and Weber kettle. Together we have cured hams and cook pigs head. The icing on the cake is he also makes his own lump charcoal. It works so well we affectionately referred to it as Pope's Choice. Thank you all for sharing your knowledge and ideas. Don't ever doubt folks aren't listening.
