    Hello!

    Hello everyone my name is Jarret and I am an active duty submariner stationed in Washington state. I have been a long time self taught BBQer and smoker. I admit it has been a struggle to produce consistent end products and that is why I am here. I have been using Amazingribs.com for about a year now and I absolutely could not live with out the Memphis Dust and the home cured bacon! I currently have a Traeger Lil Tex that I am about to off load for a Pitts & Spitts Maverick 1250. I finally realized that the Traeger plaid a big part to my end product struggle after purchasing the Smoke thermometer recommended here. Anyways thanks for having me and I am looking forward to many great years of cooking out doors!
