Hi,
I'm currently (since 2015) living in Connecticut, but was born and raised in Austria. I'm cooking on a 22 Weber and been lurking around here for quite a while, mainly because this forum is so helpful that I never had to ask anything because the search function gave me all the answers I needed.
Time to tell us things, then. Welcome to the PIT! You have to think back on growing up and sometime tell us what you remember about great local food. Maybe in the current 'Best Thing I ever Ate' thread?
