    Hello from So Oregon

    Hello all,

    journeyman BBQ aficionado here. I got so much information from Meathead that I had to join the pit to get more knowledge to cram into my head. I was running a Traeger pro 22 but switched to the Select pro so I could have more cooking surface. I also just bought a Char-Griller Akorn for another method of grilling meat.

    My my next goal is a brisket. I have done two with mixed results. But all the other recipes and tips I get here have been spot on.

    Sorry to ramble, but I am waiting for my breakfast sausage to be finished smoking!
