Hello, new to smoking and have tried a few meals on my Traeger and I am truly hooked. This site has amazing reviews, so just signed up for a one year membership to learn more about smoking and making amazing meals. By amazing meals I think you know that one time you grill or smoke something and your wife is still talking about it 5 years later. That is the level I want to be able to reach and I think this site will help me get to that level. Look forward to listening to your stories in the trenches and learning together and sharing recipes. Smoking a whole Turkey right now. Talk with you all soon.
